As part of the evaluation of the space to be redesigned, I will:
Observe the existing layout and account for available area within the space.
Listen to your desired outcomes, color & style preferences, and needs for the space
Negotiate any differences between intents of other occupants if necessary
Suggest a series of design solutions including but no limited to furniture, lighting, fixtures, electronics, textiles, finish materials, colors & patterns, layout, construction/demolition, etc.
This service does not include sketches or design plans of any kind, recommendations for builders or contractors, project management or oversight, or logistical coordination of product order/delivery.
You are under no obligation to take my advice, and I accept no liability for any final decisions made in the process or after the completion of any project I advise on.
Training & Qualifications
I am a trained and certified interior designer, and have 6 years experience in the industry. I have personally designed over 100 rooms in more than 30 different houses. I have worked with budgets ranging from a few thousand dollars to more than a million.
