I am a fashionista. Even when I weighed almost three hundred pounds I made sure I looked as attractive as possible. I still got compliments on the way I looked from other slender women. Smart shopping at thrift stores and consignment shops are the way to go. Especially if you are planning on losing weight or are currently losing weight rapidly from a gastric procedure. Many women lose weight so fast they never even get a chance to wear a pair of new pants with the tags still on them before they "in grow" them, they are too big! The store exchange period has expired, you've lost your receipt for return, just don't have the time, whatever, consign them at our shop, when they sell buy new to you clothing. Much of our stock is new with tags, and all of our fashions are in excellent like new condition. I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. When they changed their diet plan to allowing you two cookies it didn't work for me. I'm a food addict. I'd eat half the package of Oreo's in one sitting. My doctor told me at the rate i was gaining weight I'd be dead in two years if I didn't get a gastric bypass. Two years later I was having congestive heart failure symptoms. I spent six months of testing and had an angiogram, to the tune of $7,000.00 to find out I had no blockages in my arteries. But my heart was having difficulty pumping the amount of fluid in my body. I had a gastric bypass in 2013, it is a "magic bullet" for 12 to 18 months. I hit my goal weight after a year, but kept on losing for quite a while. The trick? Continue to diet. Yes, you will be on a restricted diet for the rest of your life. Oh, but what fun it is to be able to choose clothing off the regular size racks. I will share my maintenance diet with you. I do not have any true qualifications in diet, but I have literally tons of experience :)
