I will allow the client to attend one of the many yoga classes offered at my yoga studio in Fort Smith, AR. Studio classes are one hour and include detailed information about the benefits of yoga as well as go through a variety of yoga poses.
Training & Qualifications
I have been instructing yoga for almost 5 years. I teach a variety of classes from beginners to advanced. I also offer yoga workshops and retreats.
