Do you have landscaping that doesn't meet your needs? Would you like your home and environment to be more sustainable and fulfilling? A permaculture consultation may be just what you need!
I can help you evaluate your site and determine a plan of implementation based on your needs, desires, and resources. We will work with the space to optimize its potential based on the assets and liabilities. This can include designing and planning a passive system such as a food forest, ideas for passive and active rainwater harvesting, layout and seasonal guide for a home garden, soil management, and preferably many or all of the above strategies tied in together to create systems that enhance your life and living space.
One session is between two and three hours during which we will look at your existing landscaping and environment and brainstorm ideas.
Training & Qualifications
I am certified in Urban Permaculture Design since 2020, but I have been doing permaculture formally and informally since the late 90s. I also help manage a large community seed library and have access to a wide variety of seeds and plants to contribute to our design if you are in the Portland area.
