One-on-One Personal Training
I will either meet you at a location of your choice or come to you to provide a personally tailored fitness regimen to help you reach your physical fitness goals! I offer 30 or 60 minute sessions (loosely timed), depending on your needs/desires, or Skype sessions along with weekly exercise plans and email/text support whenever you need it.
Training & Qualifications
I am nationally qualified as a personal trainer through ACE and AAAI, as well is being a certified nutritionist.
Availability & Preferences
I am generally free in the evenings during the week and at any time over the weekend.
