I will perform a 15-30 minute distance reiki session, followed by a Skype call. During this session I will connect with you and the Divine. This usually includes Archangels but may also include Jesus, Yemaya, Buddha, Kali, Tara, or Genesha. They will also provide healing and guidance. This is often a very personal energy reading and will provide guidance. What guidance? Well, it varies from reading to reading but may provide answers on your life's purpose. It may tell you that you are on the path you are meant to be on! It may point out some things you can work on so you can live your best life. After the session, we will connect via Skype so I can provide you with the guidance I have received. Occasionally there is even a direct message from the Divine.

Wait. We aren't in the same room? We aren't connected by phone/computer? How does this work? Reiki energy is Universal Life Force energy. It is the energy that surrounds us all the time. Reiki is not bound by space or time which means we do not have to be in the same space for it to work! With the intention that you receive healing energy, you will!

Well, how do I know you actually performed the Reiki session? Well, this answer relies mostly on trust. However, most people can feel the energy as tingling, hot or cold sensations or can see colors, hear sounds, etc. There are some people who experience absolutely nothing and all of it is okay! Trust that you received the energy. But you will KNOW I gave you the session when we connect after and I provide you with the guidance I received for you.

How should I prepare for my session? You should be comfortable (laying down or sitting is fine). Your legs or arms should not be crossed. It will not necessarily affect the reiki, but will affect your experience of it. You should be undisturbed. Soft music is fine but should be instrumental - no voices. If you are disturbed during your session, know that you still received reiki.

What happens after my session? You should keep hydrated. No need to drink an excessive amount of water but a glass after the session is recommended. You may feel very relaxed, groggy or even fall asleep. These are all normal reactions so proceed accordingly. Occasionally people experience a 'healing reaction' this is when things get worse before they get better. If this happens to you I recommend drinking plenty of fluid and getting lots of rest. Contact me directly if this reaction does not get better after 24 hours. You may need another session to relieve this healing reaction.
