I will perform either Reiki (no touching) or Sacred Touch (Qadishtu; hands on) for 20 minutes in my work space. I have a full table set up with a calm, quiet environment meant for healing and empowering.

This woman is amazing. We wound up chatting for hours about this and that, eventually getting down to business. I've had various physical ailments, i...ncluding a pinched nerve and additional difficulties with arthritis and such in the same arm. We discussed what needed to be done, what she would like to do as a hunch to what may also help my arm, made a plan, and last weekend she did her reiki. My improvement wasn't instantaneous, but I can happily say that after crashing out incredibly early that night, the toothache-like pain that I'd been dealing with since early May was finally subsiding.
