80 minute personal yoga session
Personal yoga session that includes warm-up, fire/core portion, cool down to savasana, and breath work & meditation. Poses will be tailored to the individual level of the student. May include use of singing bowls, tingshas, hand mudras, and other alternative healing modalities.
Training & Qualifications
500 RYT certified with emphasis in restorative yoga and prenatal yoga.
Availability & Preferences
My schedule varies, but most mornings are free.
