EFT for public speaking anxiety
In an approx. 30 minute Skype call we will
-Access the intensity level of public speaking anxiety (0-10)
-Create a personalized set-up statement such as "Even though I can't speak when a group is looking at me, I still deeply and completely love and accept myself."
-Use the statement and tap on 10 body points (areas of the body include hand, head, eyes, upper chest, under arm)
-Re-access and continue until the anxiety is 0 or as low as it can go
