=> Discovered and corrected multiple password issues due to human error. Resulted in saving time and money that would have resulted had networks been hacked. This increased customer satisfaction and retained business for the company.
=> Recommended customer credential self-automated reset. Member of automation team that developed and implemented the successful reset process. This increased customer satisfaction and reduced manual intervention which caused a reduction in the man hours needed to process the requests.
=> Migrated specific customer orders from a manual process to an automated process when automated process was not in place. Resulted in customer satisfaction increasing by 50%, 2800 orders being processed 90% faster - cost savings of 500 man-hours.
=> As HOA President, completed merger project of a subdivision into the Master Homeowners Association which has a total of 647 homes. Resulted in the sub-HOA home owners saving $25 per month, the Master HOA saving further legal fees and customer satisfaction increasing 100%. 2 year ongoing discussion with no resolution.
