I will cook for you and a reasonable number of guests a meal worthy of a small handful of Michelin Stars. I will collaborate with you to settle on a menu that suits your tastes, and either have a world-class meal ready for your guests when they arrive or prepare it with everyone present, making the preparation part of the party.
Training & Qualifications
I am a classically trained chef, educated in the art and science of culinary mastery by some of the greatest in the business. I learned in the capital of the culinary Western World - New Orleans - and retired young to raise a family. I specialize in old-world Italian and Southeast Asian cuisines, with a solid foundation in traditional Western European technique.
Availability & Preferences
I'm always free! I love to cook for myself and others, and regret only that my appetite eventually runs out.
