Setting up TeamViewer on user's machine. Implementing security and performing a clear security scan in order to eliminate any viruses. I have been in the industry for 10 years and bring significant remote support experience.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free after 5 PM. Since this service is done remotely, we can communicate and get set up. I can take care of the rest. Offering security licenses as well in order to offer continued protection.
