60 min fitness training session
I will teach you how to lift weights safely to achieve the body you want.
You will learn many different movements such as squat, deadlift, and bench press along with many others.
I can also give high quality dieting and general health advice.
Training & Qualifications
I have competed in 4 collegiate bodybuilding contests and have worked with men and several females to help them learn how to use weight training to become better.
