The work I do is something I take pride in and work hard to not only complete the objective but to put 110% effort into it. I do what I can for the company I work with, regardless of whether it is listed in my duties or not. My goal is that if it's something that will help the company or my colleague's excel, then that is what I do.
At Head Start I maintain our SharePoint site which contains a surplus of documents: Forms, Child Documents, Pictures, Policies, and more. Over the summer I realized how to simplify the process of using forms for staff (especially since not many of them are technology savvy). It was going to require a lot of work on my part, but it would be easier for them. So far this has definitely proven to be the case and no one has had any problems with accessibility.
I do what I can to the best of my knowledge and ability to assist my employer and colleagues, learning new software if need be. I face my work with a " I can do it " attitude and tackle each project with the most efficient method so I have time to complete more work (although this often results in my running out of work to do).
