I have a laundry list that will not all fit on here so a few items I offer are: fudges (30 some odd flavours), cookies, cake rolls, home made buttercream icing, gumpaste figures/cake toppers, cupcake toppers, pumpkin rolls, and much much more!!!
Training & Qualifications
I've been making and baking since I was young. I've worked in food services most of my adult life and have worked closely with health inspectors. I know what they like and what they don't. Anything that could cause an allergic reaction is on the other side of my kitchen safely away from main ingredients.
Availability & Preferences
I like to have at least a week or two notice before the person needs the product so I will have ample tyme around my full tyme job to get my work done.
