Through my work, I help people find greater self-acceptance and fulfillment. As a coach (and a human being), I am intuitive, emotion-oriented, and hopeful. I coach my clients on their personal well-being, relationships, life transitions, and creative/entrepreneurial projects. Sessions are typically 60 minutes long, but other arrangements are possible. My approach is informed by my education from Northwestern University, the Coaches Training Institute, and Interchange Counseling Institute, as well as my professional experience as a project manager.
