Self-Defense Martial arts Lesson
I will teach you the most practical and effective self-defense techniques from a mix of different Martial arts styles that I have studied over the years. No previous experience required, the techniques I teach are simple and will work for anyone regardless of height, weight, flexibility, strength etc. I'm very laidback and friendly, I put on some music and we can have a lot of fun while learning an essential life skill and exercising/losing weight all in one! Training & Qualifications
I have taught at York University Martial Arts Club on and off for a couple of years. On and off, I have about 5 years of Jiu Jitsu experience, 4 years of May Thai kickboxing, 2 years of Boxing, 1 year of Capoeira (Brazilian dance/Martial art) and 1 year Tai chi.
