I offer services from family meal prep to private cooking classes to small party catering, including picnics and campouts (up to 25 people) and the occasional large project (50-100) for non-profits and activist groups. Some of my more popular dishes: Fruitwood-smoked ribs, pulled pork, and whole chicken. Sushi rolls & miso soup. Ethiopian veggie platter (meats available). French dishes like cassoulet and quenelles. Dim sum items including BBQ pork buns, stuffed bean curd, beef ball, and shrimp fried rice...and just about anything Italian. Braised meats, ravioli from scratch, spaghetti Bolognese, and my grandmother's meatballs are the best!
Training & Qualifications
I have been learning how to cook just about everything under the sun these last 15 years, and have finally got my foot in the cooking industry door last year. Preparing 100 meals a day as a full-time job was a little much, but I still cook for friends and parties every chance I get. I'm also a backcountry cook with horse packing experience; I take volunteer trail crews out for a week at a time and cook from scratch with fresh ingredients.
