I am a certified Yoga teacher and practice Yoga myself for many years already.
My class has a strong physically practice and also holistic. It’s not only a way to keep your body healthy it’s more a time for yourself to come back to your body and mind to reconnect and recharge.
My classes are 90 minutes. Privates and groups welcome.
