Hello, I'm Skylar Bouchard, a singer-songwriter from Canada.
I can help you learn the ropes (or strings... in this case) so you can finally start your guitar journey.
We will start by learning open chord fingerings and how to transition from one to the next, strategies on how to properly keep rhythm with strumming and finger-picking patterns, and tips on how to sing and play simultaneously until you can perform whole songs. You'll be a hit around the campfire all summer!
Training & Qualifications
I am a self-taught, up-and-coming performer currently set to release my first album, "Tired of The City" in September.
I have performed at the Internationally-renowned Winnipeg Folk Festival, countless other festivals, as well as television appearances, and I am the front man of the folkrock band, Two Socks.
