Can't talk about it because people may judge, not get it, straight up tell those involved? Even if you did, how do you even put it into words?!? Oh and therapy is expensive.

Hey :) I'm not a psychologist, just a psych student in my first year. I can't diagnose you or give you Valium, but if you need to talk, about pretty much anything, I am an unbiased ear with my fair share of wisdoms as well as humility. I will not pretend to know what you're going through, only empathize and give my perspective on how to deal with the emotional and communicative aspects of the situation, if appropriate/desired.

Venting is also ok and actually encouraged!
