Running coach/workout buddy
When I began, I could not complete a full 30 second burst of running, now I run about a 10minutes per mile pace and finished a half marathon last year (my average runs anymore are 2-5 miles when I am not training up for something). I would be happy to help anyone get into jogging, or fitness... Or be a running buddy or lifting buddy with anyone already into fitness needing a friend.
Availability & Preferences
I am a full time student and mother, so runs/workouts will have to be scheduled accordingly
