In a vitality coaching session, we will work on creating a life you love by working on any areas you feel you'd like to address and improve upon. This can be fitness, nutrition, relationships, work, etc. We will discuss and find approaches that work for you on an individual basis. I really love to help people work through blocks using physical representations. One example is what I call a healing hike, where we would use physical weight in a backpack to represent thoughts/beliefs that are weighing us down and holding us back from really living life on our own terms. We'd hike to a spot to dump the weight, feeling the physical difference of releasing all that baggage on the way back.
Training & Qualifications
I am certified as a personal trainer with a background in natural medicine and a degree in business. My life experiences have also given me a great deal of knowledge and wisdom, as well as my work in customer service.
