I will offer 30, 45, or 60 minute personal training sessions with a focus on body weight exercises that help improve strength and flexibility, utilizing primarily the principles and routines outlined in the book Convict Conditioning (don't be put off by the title!). We will work together to find what is best for your body, your mind, and your schedule. We will discuss your goals and look for the best ways to achieve them as well as the best ways for maintaining those goals once reached. If nutrition is something you would like assistance with, I can introduce you to a lifestyle that doesn't require you to count or restrict your calories so that you are not left filling hungry after all your hard work. I look forward to working with you!
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also have a background in holistic medicine, and I have an understanding of whole food plant-based nutrition.
Availability & Preferences
My availability is varied and flexible as I make my own schedule.
