I try to surround myself with positive people and situations where we can feel good about the energy given and received. Some of my roles are Girl Scout leader (4th-8th grade), PAVE parent educator, volunteer. I am a REIKI master and certified spiritual healer. I am a passionate mediator and civil rights advocate. My two all-time highs are any genre of good music and nature; mountains, forests, or sea any time of year all work for me.
