I'm a Butcher and Charcutier. I in short, make Salami, Sausage, Whole Muscle Cured Meats.
I use science, and art, to make beautiful, delicious meat.
I don't know how useful this skill is unless it is some sort of meat as a currency situation.
I just mostly need haircuts.

Training & Qualifications


3yrs experience. 1yr running the program at a fast up and coming production facility. We only work with farms that are ethical, with no use of hormones, or antibiotics.
