I will teach you an ancient mantra (mostly translated into English) to further your meditation practice.
The mantra is approximately one and half minutes to recite, but said 21 times (or for about 45 minutes) will have a life-changing impact, a deeper sense of peace and joy.
This is not for meditation beginners - it IS for people who wish to go deeper in their practice.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually free in the afternoons, evenings and all day Saturday.
