You will receive a one hour long distance session to discover root causes of your health challenge. This may be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. You will walk away with clear action steps and a new perspective.

After scheduling, you'll complete my multi-page health history form. You must return the form 24 hours prior to our appointment. During the call we'll review the information and I may ask additional questions. We may use modalities such as biofield therapy, neuroplasticity, coaching to change your state of health and create an action plan.

Please Note: Trades get one opportunity to schedule. No shows and more than 15 minutes late will be considered completed trades. Health History forms returned in less than 24 hours prior to appointment will also be considered completed trades.
