38 yr old stay at home house wife and mother to 2 furry kids of the feline and canine variety. I recently fell in love with cross stitching. I have 2 degrees from Long Ridge Writer's Group from West R...edding CT. Unfortunately the school has fallen on hard times what with Self Publishing and the fact that the art of writing is dying and will be closing soon if they haven't already. My degrees are for completing their Magazine and Short Story course and their Shape, Write and Sell Your Novel course. I am also an independent consultant with Thrive Life. I shared the link as my personal website. I am not doing a whole lot of writing at the moment, my in-laws live with us and kind of crush the creativity in that area. I feel like when I am in the living room with them, they are always talking to me, or reading over my shoulder and when I go in my room, they think I'm mad at them. I have posted a few more links, one to my Facebook and two for my writing though they haven't been updated in a while - again, its the creativity quashing. I have also added a link for you to check out my fan videos on TrekSpace to get a feel for what I can do there. At this time I am kind of glad that I haven't received a lot of projects on Simbi - not in a bad, slacker way, but more that I had a new cross stitching project come up that takes priority right now. A few years ago when I lived in New Mexico, I was seeing a naturopathic doctor. I found out a few days ago that he passed away on 9-11. I am going to be doing a rather large cross-stitch for them as a memorial. I will ask the family if they mind if I also post a picture here as a sample of my work when its done, though I doubt for time if I will be doing such large projects here.
