As a vegan of over 11 years I can offer guidance, motivation and support for those new to the veg lifestyle. I can send recipes, tip sheets and develop a healthy lifestyle plan just for you.
Meetings can be either in person or virtual ( I am based in Ottawa, ON, Canada, so keep that in mind) and take place biweekly (or monthly if you choose) on a day and time based on both of our schedules.
