I'm passionate about writing because I love to help people. The better my written product, the better informed the recipient of that product. When people understand what they read, it makes them feel confident and competent. Providing people with the opportunity to feel good about themselves is a very rewarding way to be helpful.
When I'm not engrossed in technical documentation, I'm solving problems. I love to fix things! I've worn many hats in my career, and have a large variety of experiences that go a long way to solving problems or quickly learning new concepts.
