Birth Doula

A doula is a birth professional who offers support to women throughout pregnancy, labor, and after.
My services include:
- consultation/interview (30min-1hr)
- 2 prenatal visits (1hr each)
- support during labor
- 2 postpartum visits (1hr each)
During prenatal visits we will discuss labor preferences, come up with a birth plan, go over comfort techniques, etc.
For support during labor, I will come to you whether you want a home, birth center, or hospital birth and be with you throughout labor to help give encouragement, offer comfort techniques, etc.
During postpartum visits I will help with whatever you need- watch the baby while you sleep, shower, etc., light house cleaning, laundry, cook, etc.

Training & Qualifications
I am almost a certified birth doula through Childbirth International! Up to date, I have attended 4 births, and have helped 3 families with postpartum care.
