Writing Prompts

I will create a custom writing prompt. Are you drawing a blank? Do you have writers block? Together we can roll that boulder right out of your path.
Samples (Feel free to use them)
Long Prompt:
With eyes closed, Monty took a deep breath, and let it out slow. Counting backwards 10...9...8... he could feel his heart slowing. He repeated the whole process several times, in hopes his anxiety would lessen. He didn't fully trust the head shrink the HR department referred him to. Regardless, he faithfully practiced the breathing exercises she taught him, and they certainly seemed to be doing the trick.
In the last 6 months, Monty had seen some things. The lowlife scum that populated St. Weston organized and started some sort of uprising. The streets weren't safe, and Monty had a mail route that ran straight through the worst part of town.
Medium Prompt:
He had the attitude of a spurned devil, and his looks weren't far off. If you squinted, and the light hit just right, you would swear the man had horns beginning to sprout from his forehead. Swift as a fiend, he swiped an apple from the display and took a bite. He grinned wide as he chewed, his demeanor daring anyone to complain of his behavior.
Short Prompt:
Natalie chewed the end of her pen. She should be taking notes, but her mind was relentlessly spinning wild notions. Her dreams had grown increasingly vivid as of late, and the woman she met the evening before... so like the woman in her dream.
Micro Prompt:
An unusually cold office, an unbearably uncomfortable chair and lime green walls so bright they hurt the eyes.
Training & Qualifications
I'd like to think of myself as creative. I've done short writing projects off and on for years, for pleasure and profit! (Okay, so maybe I volunteered my services for a few online zines...) Mostly, I want to assist. Writer's block sucks soggy sandwiches.
Availability & Preferences
Restricted hours after midnight EST, and Mondays.
