"Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” - Bruce Lee

My approach to teaching is to emphasize the basic fundamentals of various martial arts, notably wing chun, using concepts in physics, and practice them mindfully, using techniques in mindfulness meditation.

Training & Qualifications

I have experience in a variety of martial arts, including wing chun, capoeira, brazilian jiu-jitsu, kendo, and jeet kune do.

Excellent discussion. Given Sean's background, I was not afraid to talk about ideas I would not normally discuss with someone I had just met, related ideas of space, other planets and the potential for life elsewhere. Thanks Sean!show more
