My approach to teaching is to emphasize the basic fundamentals of various martial arts, notably wing chun, using concepts in physics, and practice them mindfully, using techniques in mindfulness meditation.
Training & Qualifications
I have experience in a variety of martial arts, including wing chun, capoeira, brazilian jiu-jitsu, kendo, and jeet kune do.
