I need a File Server for my busines

I want a file server in my office that my 15 employees can access from home or either of my two offices. One is in CA and the other in TN. It needs to have secure access through a VPN or other encrypted path. It should be fault tolerant: multiple power supplies, RAID, multiple CPU boards, etc. It should also feature two-factor authentication when being accessed from a new device. I will pay higher rates for onsite installation but remote services are okay since I'm pretty technical when guided by phone. Thanks!
