I'm currently working freelance for a variety of companies and individuals on a variety user acquisition tactics (paid, organic/SEO, email marketing, referrals, partnerships).
Previously, I was on the User Acquisition team at Hired, a career marketplace for the world's knowledge workers focused on getting people the job they love, where I was responsible for rapidly testing new marketing channels to diversify our acquisition portfolio, in addition to partnerships and our referral program, which contributed to ~15% of total revenue.
Before joining Hired I led growth efforts at Wiser, completed Product School, (www.productschool.com), managed Growth and Sales at Cater2me (694.4 percent growth from 2011 to 2013, revenue doubled from 2013-2014) and co-founded the Office Heroes League (http://goo.gl/6QKBKE), the largest Meetup of its kind for Office Managers (550+ members). I love talking with users and communicating their stories with Product, Design and Engineering teams. Personally, I've earned over $100,000 in free ride credits spreading my Lyft code (spending less than $200). I've also worked as an educator (ESL instructor and adjunct instructor for a multitude of college courses) and at a SaaS bio-tech company in Business Development, User Experience and Content Management.
I get really excited when faced with a growth goal and figuring out how to achieve it. I completed my MBA in Entrepreneurship in 2011 and relocated to San Francisco to help grow companies I'm passionate about.
