I will perform the session with following steps:
1 - 3-Minute
- Start by welcoming participants and setting a relaxed tone.
- Briefly explain the purpose of the meditation and its potential benefits.
2 - 5 -Minute
Guide participants to sit or lie comfortably, bringing awareness to different parts of the body.
- Instruct them to breathe deeply, releasing tension with each exhale.
3 - 5-Minute
- Lead a mindful breathing exercise, encouraging slow and rhythmic breaths.
- Emphasize the importance of being present in the moment.
4 - 7-Minute
- Paint a serene mental image or guide participants through a peaceful scenario.
- Encourage them to engage their senses, imagining sights, sounds, and sensations.
5 - 4-Minute
- Introduce positive affirmations related to relaxation, self-compassion, or personal growth.
- Have participants repeat these affirmations silently or aloud.
6 - 3-Minute
- Shift focus to mindfulness, guiding participants to observe thoughts without judgment.
- Use gentle reminders to bring wandering minds back to the present moment.
7 - 3-Minute
- Foster a sense of gratitude by guiding participants to reflect on positive aspects of their lives.
- Encourage them to feel appreciation for the present moment.
8 - 3-Minute
- Gradually bring participants back to awareness, thanking them for their practice.
- Suggest a gentle transition back to daily activities and express openness to feedback.
