As a business and marketing manager I develop a strategic approach to deliver on key performance indicators and business needs using all aspects of online marketing. Predominantly, I specialise in Inbound Marketing where my focus is attracting the right customer at the right time, with the right content to generate leads. Therefore I specialise in Content Marketing, SEO and importantly Growth Hacking to increase social selling, website traffic, engagement and ultimately prospects.
I have an inclusive ‘hands on’ management approach to all team members and department heads. My time management skills and capability to work autonomously in pressurised environments has proven successful in many and varied aspects of business leadership. My ability to motivate, lead and engage employees to deliver on business needs is second to none. I possess a willingness to learn, expand, develop and implement new initiatives as part of a continuous improvement culture.
I enjoy my time at the beach - surfing and my time at the snow - skiing.
