If you have a short term rental property or are thinking of starting one and need some help with day-to-day operations, I can provide you with a consultation session (1-2 hours preferably) on set-up, guest expectations, tips on making your guest's experience as enjoyable as possible, and some insight into the ins and outs of turn-overs, key drops, etc.
I am also available for occasional cleaning services, light maintenance (wall patching, light fixture changing, painting, drain unclogging etc) and have a network of other unique resources.
Training & Qualifications
I have over 10 years' experience in hospitality from dish-washing to BnB management. I have specific expertise in the set up and general upkeep of short-term rental accommodations (executive rentals, Airbnbs, etc).
Availability & Preferences
I can be available most weekday mornings with some notice.
