I have a gym at my new place in South Boulder and would be happy to be someone's gym buddy, either one-time or on a weekly basis. I have a fairly set routine for different days of the week, so if you just need fitness ideas come work out with me!

Training & Qualifications
I am not a personal trainer, I just really enjoy exercise and gathering techniques and routines, and motivating my friends when I can! I have done yoga, pilates, tabata, hiit, and a couple half marathons. I also started weightlifting last year.
