Pet Sitting

I'm looking for responsible, experienced pet sitters who also have experience with dog training. The pet sitter doesn't need to be a certified dog trainer, but they need to be aware of positive reinforcement techniques to work with dogs who easily get anxious. We have an 11 year old Australian shepherd who is a rescue. She needs a pet sitter who is understanding of her anxiety and is on board with redirecting her when she barks anxiously on occasion. 90% of the time she is sweet and calm. She loves people and going to the dog park to be around other dogs and run freely. We'd like to find local pet sitters who can look after our dog when/if we go out of town. We also have a cat; he's incredibly sweet and social (he's an orange tabby cat). We would arrange meet and greets for all possible pet sitters. Right now we don't have a specific time we are going out of town; we're just looking to find pet sitters so that we can think about travel plans eventually (maybe in November or December at the earliest).
Please note that the amount to pay/exchange is negotiable. I just had to pick a number for the listing. I picked 25 because we've paid pet sitters $25/day previously when not making arrangements through this site.
