I will help with your software related issues with a PC, such as;
Sound is not working
My second monitor looks the same as my first
My mouse moves too quickly
My screen is upside down!
For best help, you need to install Chrome Remote Desktop or another screen viewing application. If the problem is with connecting to Wi-Fi, you do not need to download this as it will not help at all. Skype on your phone should help in that situation so I can still see the screen, but it is not necessary as long as I understand what you are seeing.
