I will assist in resolving any difficulties you have with your PC, android tablet, or android phone. Using a security verified app, which is free for you, I will remotely access your device. You will be able to end the connection at any time. I can assist with finding or recovering lost files, removing viruses or malware, installing new software or apps, etc. We can voice chat using a separate app, or over the phone. Be aware that it will be very difficult to work on a phone while also trying to voice chat on that same phone.
Training & Qualifications
I have over 20 years experience with computer maintenance. I also have about a decade's experience with android devices.
Availability & Preferences
Most days from 10am - 10pm Eastern time. I am able to work outside those parameters with plenty of notice. I am also able to deal with emergencies any time, but with an additional fee or trade value.
