I'm a career lifestyle and personal discovery coach. During 90 minutes it will be all about you. Depending on your objective, you could have at the end of the session, clarity about your core values, your life purpose, mission or vision. I believe self knowledge is the most efficient and profound way to find the answers, 90 minutes invested in learning more about who you truly are, could change your life.
You could also have clarity about the next step to take if you're about to decide on something. As a life coach I am able to walk with you and find together the answers you've been looking for.
I think of coaching as a massage for the soul, sometimes you end up feeling fabulous, some times it aches a bit, but it's always for the better.
I hope many people take the opportunity to experience coaching, we all should have a coach at certain point in life. :)
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified Life Coach. I discover my life purpose while doing a round the world trip... but you don't need to even leave home to learn more about yourself and be happier about who you are.
I am algo an Industrial Engineer, an MSc marketing and Angel Therapy Practitioner.
I speak Spanish, I dance salsa, bake cakes and cookies, practice yoga and have green smoothies for breakfast almost everyday.
