New Vegan Consultation
I will provide personalized advice about starting and maintaining a vegan lifestyle. I can help you get started, troubleshoot your new lifestyle, find recipes that fit into your time and budget, recommend resources, give tips on dealing with social situations, and do my best to answer any questions you have about ethical and environmental aspects of being vegan.
Please note that I have no training in nutrition, health, fitness weight loss or medicine. I can not diagnose, treat or give advice on any medical condition. However, I will be happy to point you toward reputable sources on vegan health and nutrition and help research any specific concerns you may have.
Training & Qualifications
I've been vegan for over two years, and it's been one of the best decisions of my life. I'd love to help you deal with the practical aspects of being vegan in every day life and better define your reasons for choosing this lifestyle.
Availability & Preferences
I'm available for email or chat most evenings and weekends. I'd be willing to exchange messages 2-3 times a week to start with, gradually tapering off as you gain confidence. Ideally within 3-4 weeks you would feel comfortable enough to handle most situations on your own, although I'd be happy to remain available occasionally.
