How to Make Organic Vegan Meals
I will teach you the basics of creating organic vegan meals that won't break the bank! We will focus on meal planning, nutrient density, food combining, and simply how to cook. This lesson is tailored to your food preferences, allergies, and aversions. By the end of our time together, you should have more confidence in eating vegan and organic!

Training & Qualifications
I personally have been vegan for over a decade. I began as a vegetarian, but realized I had deeper food allergies I thought were just normal reactions to food. These allergies and sensitivities, along with serious health issues like migraines and ovarian cysts, pushed me to a cleaner vegan diet. Since then, I have been developing fun and excited ways to eat vegan and organic that's also affordable. I currently am halfway through my holistic nutritionist degree and will likely be finishing by spring 2017!
Availability & Preferences
I have a flexible availability Tuesday through Friday and Sunday's, but am willing to work with you to find a time that suits both our needs!
