Hi there! Just getting started up on Simbi. I'm a Registered Integrative Health Coach, trauma informed and recently graduated from an additional coaching program involving the work of the amazing Dr. ...Zach Bush MD, who is a great light in the world of health, wellness and Regenerative Agriculture at this moment in our history when so much hangs in the balance. I love working with clients. It is a deep exchange of learning and support where the process of inquiry can lead the client to answers they already have within them but just couldn't find a way to access. When we really start to tap into a lived realization of our miraculousness as living beings, it becomes easier to make lifestyle choices and decisions that support us in moving towards the "Thrive State" of health. I lived for over 30 years with a chronic disease and pain condition that were extremely debilitating for my life. I was luckily able to access many resources of support and, finally—25 years into the journey—discover answers as to why I was so sick, which allowed me to take a much more effective treatment approach. Most importantly, I had to learn some unique and creative ways of communicating with my body to develop a compassionate way of being with myself as I healed. It has been a very experimental process of self-discovery... I finally began to trust that what I was looking for was inside me, and that I would never find the path to healing by constantly looking to the next practitioner or therapy or book. I'm excited about trading health coaching counselling (or copyediting, which I'm very skilled at) for website development, graphic design and marketing services. My website has served me well, but it was built on a platform that has lots of basic functionality challenges... I would like to build something that is very user friendly for me at the backend.
