I can customize a full-body workout using your body weight, furniture/park bench and a few simple weights so you can workout whenever is convenient. If you belong to a gym, I can design an equivalent workout to take there.
Training & Qualifications
I have been ACE certified since 1996 in first Group Exercise, then Personal Training. I hold a Master of Public Health from the George Washington University. I have done one-on-one training as well as boot camps. I can customize your training for your existing space.
Availability & Preferences
Mon - Fri early morning (6a-8:30a) and evenings (6p-9p).
