Hey there! My name is Sable Josephine Balmes. I am the owner of two freshly started businesses: Mystere de Josephine (my clothing brand) and Mysterium (my café/bakery).

I have been in the fashion industry as a model, actress, and brand ambassador since 2012 and have been baking for almost as long as I can remember. I enjoy a large variety of hobbies such as writing, drawing & painting, photography, fashion design, jewelry making, baking, nature, music (flute playing & singing), and animal care. Fun fact, I have been volunteering with animal organizations since I was 3 years old. I am trained to work with service animals as well as handle animals from abusive homes.

I am a huge mental health advocate and I am very socially conscious. I love helping the environment and the people I share this world with. I am LGBTQ+ and civil rights friendly, and I love new experiences, so I'll try just about anything!
