1.) Help offer insight on the process of funeral arrangements & what to expect.
2.) Help you understand the language of the documents (and there are many documents) you will need to sign.
3.) Help you know what is and is not recommended you take to a funeral home for your loved one's final outfit.
4.) Why makeup is needed on your loved one (& why you need to take a recent photo, even if it isn't a "good" shot of them).
